I was fortunate enough to get to see Brian Wilson perform Smile live in Boston when the album came out. There wasn’t a dry eye anywhere in the auditorium. Just a beautiful moment that I’ll never forget.

Back in the air after a major overhaul of the Skywagon’s engine. Super grateful to be able to slip the surly bonds of earth once in a while.

My 1959 Cessna Skywagon is in the shop for an engine overhaul for the next few months. I find myself looking back at last summer’s adventures. Here, camping at Red’s Horse Ranch in the Wallowas of eastern Oregon.
