This little scraplet disturbed my stasis nap with her giggling! Can someone please explain to me what’s going on? She put this tiny device in my servos and ran off. What is bluesky and why is Ultra Magnus on it?

Ratchet zooms down the road away from the factory base, he has his radar front and center on his HUD. He managed to track Sari's phone that she stole right out from under his fender. Her ping paused for a moment before suddenly taking off much faster than he knew she could run.
