GTFG came out a week ago! Thought I’d share some early ideation and process images!

Still hoping to fine tune both the rules and design of the book, before moving on to expansions (Meal-time, Crates, Magics!).

Small symbols meant to be used as markers for where people are in the rule book. We originally had the idea to make wax stamps to then scan under a printer and use, but making the stamps digitally ended up being easier. Symbols include: a sword with a crescent around the blade. An eye with an arrow through its center. A skull drawn in black ink. A flag with a crescent around its base. A beautifully drawn G. And a bone and sword crossed over! It’s on its way! It’s almost here! This Friday, we’re releasing the first version of “Grub, Tussle, Frolic: Goblins” on cardboardarmor.itch.io ! It’s still being play tested, but there will be a full ~67 page rule book and feedback sheet. YIPPEE!

In honor of the final day of #Goblinweek , I’d like to take this time to thank James (artofjpm) for their incredible work bringing this game to life! This is the progression of the feast scene, a hugely important part of the gameplay!

Excited to drop the open playtest beta soon! 🫡
Progress thoughts on the best way to frame the cooking scene with 2 alternate angles of how it should be seen! The final version of 5 goblins and their gaffer sitting down for their meal, done on paper! Line work completed over the scanned print! 1st wave of coloring (pinks and yellows) which is not the final draft 😈
