Last weekend I had my usual run. Someone had left a fireplace at my resting place. I stayed for a while and felt the heat. This is turning into a cold place now and the wool is compulsory.

I had a good idea this summer and moved some ladybug larvae to my rose bushes. They went into pupa more than a week ago and have not eaten any green lice like I had planned. Now that they are waking up again, I hope the project will turn more productive.

Duck Video from a place where I always have my break when running. Running nowadays is easy and requires not so many clothes as most times of year. Ducks are doing family activities.

I managed to get out and run. Strength exercises on the way home. Arms and the plank as always. 75 sec. now coutch.

Today, I ran but not with my mobilecamera. However, as I approached home I felt creepy vibes. This doll has been strapped and abandoned in a wood full of ghosts and larvae. Summertime has horror vibes around here.

Running the trail on Saturday. Good weather provided the opportunity to do some strength exercise on the way home. With the new tool on the image, I can start doing my pull ups every day. Flee market scoop!!!

Really OK to relax on a random floating dock under these conditions. Not grown up enough to do ice bathing but looking at the ice melting may also bring some peace of mind.
