This whole "blocking folks with really bad takes" thing is kinda nice. I like to imagine that if those takes are ignored enough, the take maker feels like they are screaming into the void and stop doing it.

You know, the Unreal games are still some of the most comfortable nostalgia games for me. I'm just glad I got most of them on Steam and GoG before Epic removed them. I really wanted a modern remake of the original Unreal back before that happened. Such a shame.

Let people like things, even if you don't and think you have all the reasons not to. Things can evoke a variety of positive moods for folks for reasons you or they don't understand. You can just politely say you aren't into it if you are part of the conversation and asked about it.

I only learned, just moments ago, that Iris is from the Mega Man Xtreme series first... i have no idea how I have missed that all these years. I love Mega Man lore, and somehow I am always picking up new pieces of it, even though Capcom has basically given up on the series...

Feeling lucky that I am not burdened by a large follower count loss and can just enjoy all the art and good vibes rolling in from the switch over.
