Good for your son. We bought when the interest was 14.75 %, 3 yrs later it was 7.25 and we changed bank and took the New mortgage. saved years of payment and reduced from $1400 month to half that

we were so dry up until November mostly, that we started to get apple blossoms again. It was drought all summer, they think it is the May rain now..

I had it put down, but it was going to be its neck next that got broken. But Buddy was 18+ and Maya about the same when she passed. But time goes by, Jasper is getting old now, and Teddy is the kid in the house

I was the first person to take the call when Swiss Air was going down. As things were getting crazy, with 229 people dying on my watch, my wife called to say that our 17 year old paint-by-number (calico) blind cat, had fallen downstairs and broke its legs, and I wasn't in a position to deal with it

Our first cat, wasn't really ours, my sister was famous for moving into no-pet apartments and thinking she could sneak it back in later. we had that cat. When we moved here, like Jasper, they liked to go out, and kept going further until it got killed on the highway. didn't want Jasper out of yard

Cold here, but just wet... always wet.. I went to mail some letters and drop off some music and I'm staying indoors. I think tomorrow's service will be inside.

I've been addicted to sugar ever since. That's how they get you hooked.. Have this candy.. you can quit anytime you like..

Chocolate is my downfall. I eat it until I run out or get sick.

I wasn't on my main PC yet, but my wife has since awaken, so I can type on the noisy keyboard again.
There were two of these pigtails from 1973, and one from 2007 when I grew a white one. THIS to THIS

My childhood dentist, Dr. Frank, let me wear his wedding band to keep me in the chair. And candy suckers at the back of the door for good boys who would be returning. Make-Work Project
Good morning.

It's very scary. I paid both mortgages off, did all my home upgrades before I retired, and one item at a time, it became too expensive even without a mortgage.

where they promptly made an example of me anyway, since I had a proper military haircut before I went. They shaved me. I saved a bundle on shampoo for 9 weeks, I could wash my head with a face cloth. I still have my original hair. This white stuff grows on the sides and back.
Sorry this didn't send

I worked until 2am and walked home. I'd get a lot of headlights behind me, until I turned around. Then they tore off LOL but I grew up in a Military family. I knew what would happen to it in Boot camp, so I put elastics around pigtails and cut them off, and got a real haircut, and went to bootcamp

I do have long and beautiful hair. It's in a ziploc bag downstairs somewhere. Before I joined the Navy, my hair reached my denim jacket breast pockets, lightly curled and shiny and my female cousins envied it, and I did nothing special to it.
From behind, some may have thought I was a woman,

Never kill a stink bug. Carefully walk them outside, they stink real bad if you kill them. I think my spiders and I have a pretty good relationship: My wife isn't bothered by them either but she rarely sees one. The biggest ones come out very early in the morning when I wake up . Good morning. 🚊

You'd need it to live where you do, that's the snooty area of town, for the high rollers, pigeon racers..
