I think as men it’s important to understand your privilege and help break down the walls of patriarchy. In addition to this, you have to be aware of the overall imbalance our gender created and why some women may resent men. It’s a complex issue but it requires a lot of empathy from us men.

This really made me think.
It’s like the ongoing EDI efforts to get more people from marginalised groups into particular leadership positions but the people who have benefited from power and privilege up until this point have minimal desire to embrace the change…
