That is an awesome way to use that plastic plyboard and make it look actually good. Thank you for sharing how ye did these!

Good to hear. I wanna get into resin printing myself at some point eventually, but between the friends that already do and not exactly have the space for a safe setup for myself at the moment, I'm in no rush. Happy with filament printing so far anyway. Wishing ya good luck with your prints!

Not a problem. Hope some of their practices help ya. I poked a few of them for tips as well and they mentioned checking out Uncle Jesse and Matterhackers on youtube. Apparently they have some videos on resin safety that may be of note.

Most I know don't leave the iso in the tanks. They'll keep 2 bottles, one for "dirty" iso from the initial wash and one with clean iso for the finishing rinse. They similar uv light or sunlight tricks to get some of the resin out and get more usage and life out of their iso alcohol.

Most of my friends that use it use an garage part washing station that can cycle water from a reservoir. They'll then take the water and just leave it in the sun or under a uv light for a few hours to days to make sure any uncured resin in the water may sink and separate out of the water.

From what I've gathered from friends who do resin printing, water washable resin *can* be good, but it is really hit or miss on quality depending on the brand and, despite it being a selling point, the resin isn't really safe to go down the drain. 1/2

Ooh. yeah. I can see how that might cause some issues. Hopefully they can see the retro-esque humor in it and not have a stick up their arse about it.

I hope it isn't. This is absolutely cute. Presuming this may be the opening for Puppytruck?

That *usually* gets me around 10-12 cookies, not the 16 he claims. I usually use the following, especially for a crowd of cookie lovers. 227g butter (12 tbs), 96g powdered sugar (3/4 cup), 4.5g vanilla or lemon extract (1 tsp), 345g flour (2 3/4 cup), ~7g salt (1 1/4 tsp) to get around 24-26 cookies

As a suggestion as I've made these quite a few times and they are soooooo good. If you prefer weight measurements for everything, 60g sugar, ~3g vanilla or lemon extract, ~3g salt (Despite what it says, NOT OPTIONAL, and you may want to go for 3/4 tsp/~4g)

Ouch. Sorry to hear about the sticker issues. I have a feeling it may be a little late for the show, but did ye tell the new company about the quality issues at least to see if they can refund or replace for after the show?

The death of nuance by the assumption of complete polarization. I completely agree with ya that it absolutely sucks in this modern day.

As a random suggestion for a place in the states to check out for this, Jungle Jim's around Cincinnati. They had soo much over there last time I went by, it was crazy. Dunno how much things may have changed due to current times cause I live nowhere near ohio, but it may be worth a trip.
