Is that during the level 1 - 80 or after the core story? Because during the core story that was normal even at release. One of the reasons anet got rid of those side by side cutscenes.

Charr have added effects to their voice, its not just the plain recorded voicelines. Not sure if Asura really need to sound different..they have a nice snarky tone in their voice.

Depends if you count unlocking items through the wizard vault as gameplay.

Probably still my favourite outfit for a character I ever created, even if she is not my main.
