I’m very curious about the Tillamook prices - they are a grower cooperative based in Oregon and shouldn’t be subject to tariffs. And as of March milk price is down ~$1.00 per cwt…

Agreed - the appropriate process (determination, science, permitting, enforcement) is vanishing with the gutting of the agency. I don’t think its catastrophizing to say that seems to be the objective

Can you describe more about you thoughts on agencies not being the appropriate party to find and enforce issues? That is a different perspective than I take and am genuinely curious.

I definitely see your point. The drawn out period between permit renewals when limits can be updated certainly provides for a potentially long window of impact before a correction can be made.
