Looks like a country wide issue. Iinet/tpg services seem to be coming back online.

Seems whatever it was is sort of working again. We had office in Melbourne and Sydney down. www.tpg.com.au still down, bad gateway.

Still don't think it's compatible, some difference in the way apparmor works or something.
