As stated in my bio, I’m a recovering RN and can attest that walking away from a profession I loved was the only option after the repeated abuse I received at the bedside. Once the COVID “hero” backlash commenced, I had to put myself first and walk away after 16 years.

Ohh! I’ve not been there. I was visiting a friend in San Diego and we went to LA for an overnight and exploring the canyon was on the agenda. Absolutely unnerving.🥵 Will def check out Griffith park the next trip.
