Just a reminder from yesterday's travel: I have no way of knowing what the person walking slowly in front of me is facing. Kindness is always a good response.

I just visited Norfolk, VA for a week. Hadn't been there since 1991. People were friendly and helpful. Downtown has lots of runners of all ages. Good police patrols; I felt safe. Lots of families visiting on weekends.

Happy to hear from anyone with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). Diagnosed 12/26/2017. Chemo followed by daily meds. Good control. Great doc! You?
