The exclusives are worth it. Even if some of them are PS4 titles. I suppose what you got to decide is if you want to go PS5 or PS5 Pro. If you go the pro root it doesn’t have a disk drive which can be hard to get hold of. I’ve just moved from PS5 to Pro, but not had a chance to play it due to an op.
