A simple guy building mobile apps
In my opinion, the most important things in this indie dev journey are discipline and persistence. #buildinpublic

If only these were reversed. I need to find a way to boost iOS traffic so it’s at least half of Android. #buildinpublic

I like adding gamification to my apps. I think these systems enhance the experience when they’re done well. Same for animations 😁

Building mobile apps is something I really enjoy, but I'm very curious to know how the indie game dev journey compares to mobile development. #buildinpublic #gamedev

I thought buying the gear would suddenly make content creation easy… I was so wrong. #marketing

I think the scenarios (quizzes) make the app unique in this space. Almost all lessons include 1–3 scenarios that test your knowledge, which is really helpful. #parenting #buildinpublic

One of the most important things for my mental health is having multiple income streams. Right now I’m at two, and I plan to increase that. #indiedev

All the content in this app is for women who are, or want to become, mothers. Now I’m thinking about expanding it for dads too. What do you think? #parenting

I'm starting to prep the plans and strategies for 2026. One of the goals is to push at least 3 apps next year. #buildinpublic

My parenting app has a lot of lessons and scenarios, and to manage everything I've built a dashboard in nodejs which helped me a lot to manage everything related content, also customer support.

What are you tracking in your apps? I'm usually track screen views, and major ctas like purchase press and create X. #buildinpublic

When user rates the finished lesson with a 4 or 5 star, I also show an in app review popup. I hope this will bring more good reviews on app store and play store. #buildinpublic

I'm in a very strange situation with my parenting app, a lot of users are confusing my app with a website, and they are very frustrated because they payed there and they don't have premium on my app. I'm responding to 1-5 users every single day just to clarify this #buildinpublic

I replaced the standard loading progress bar with this cute load animation. Looks a lot better in my opinion. #buildinpublic #mobileapp

I'm thinking to create some small apps related to parenting and test some cross promotion. What do you think?

What's your opinion about review request in the onboarding? Do you think it's a good idea? #buildinpublic #mobileapp

Late night coding. Even if I feel a bit tired, I’m pumped to push this new app out the door. #buildinpublic

We’re such strange creatures. We know the success rate is extremely low, but we still keep going. Congrats on that! #buildinpublic

As an indie dev, nothing is more satisfying than seeing your product being used and paid for by strangers. #buildinpublic

Having lessons, tips, and quizzes for all parenting stages is really valuable. It wasn’t easy to add, but it was 100% worth it.

As a pure dev brain, I understand marketing is important, but I'm still doing almost nothing about it, most probably I'm not the single one. I think it is time to change that. Marketing help us to escape our cave world, and put our work in the real world, getting real feedback.
