I've had to eat the cost in some cases, but if it gets to be absurd I just say "please wait"

I'm honestly tempted to leave lettermail off after this is over. I highly prefer providing a tracking number but there is a small % of orders that will not buy a single disc because the shipping is $7.50 versus $5.00 so it's a catch 22

All of our wholesale orders travel by courier and not CPC, so it doesn't change how I get new product. Mainly shipping to rural customers. I have had a few opt to ship to a friend/family in a big city and that helps. Discount couriers are almost competitive with lettermail to the city.

Because there was no notice, we have a bunch of orders that are stuck 'in transit'.
For most new orders that ship to big cities, customers will not notice a huge difference, I already mostly use couriers. It's rural customers who will be the most impacted where there are no alternatives.
