Reopening our government is important, but it is not as important as the healthcare of millions of people and reopening the government now without written and signed policy is giving away any chance to save that healthcare. Do not make the same mistake your colleagues in the Senate made.

I can’t see how any university paying this fee (it is not a fine) will be able to raise funds in the future when donors realize their donations are likely going straight to the government.
