I have been rescuing my whole life, animals, humans, ideas, whatever, but mostly cats. I have 29, all spayed and neutered except the last male I recently rescued.

Fed, watered, wormed and flea, tick and fly spray'd. Now she's sleeping soundly. She's groaned several times, the groan you make after a home cooked meal☺️

My new endeavor - painting fabric. I had no idea I would enjoy it this much. For now I'm using stencils but then 'finishing' them. Today I'll free hand the lily pads.

I just found this artist, Sandra Bierman. Her art is beautiful and fills me with love. Many of her paintings have a cat😺

All life is sacred. All of the anoles and skinks and spiders and dragonflies and all the animals i rescue agree with me. My garden is for them and my sanity and safety. I grow wild flowers and plant things with long flower life for the pollinators.

I made the 2 colonies chicken with broth. I do this when I'm able. I've counted 3 - 4 pregnant cats and I'm terrified. The other woman was able to get several spayed / neutered but not these. Too little help and money, the usual in all things rescue.
