Devices will vibrate and make a siren sound for 10 seconds at 3pm, with message confirming alert is a test
Millions of mobile phones will vibrate and make a siren sound across the UK on Sunday afternoon during a test of a nationwide emergency alert system.

Calling all budding music fans, I have a strange puzzle that I need solving. I am trying to identify this piece of music and the singer. I would guess it is from the mid to late eighties (yes, it IS forty years ago 🙀). Don't bother using Google or Shazam 'cause it ain't there 😊 Thanks in advance.
