Thanks so much, that was really helpful! It's great to hear other peoples experience. I think I really underestimate a targeted portfolio. I do so much varied work and think someone seeing it all will get me opportunities, but I don't think it works like that 😅 much appreciated.

These are beautiful! I love your style, super cute and engaging. Do you work with an illustration agency? A publishing agency? It would be great to know how other kid lit artists find work. Great job!

That looks epic! I love the character design, and the scale and perspective really sells the size of B3-TTY. Seeing a tiny human reaching out to her... Good story telling. Color palette is eery! Great work

Omg you can play them! That's so cool. What a time trip. I didn't play these games specifically but this style and look was what so many things looked like.. That zoo game is a rad idea though

I think the most iconic part of true ref is the consistent use of strong shapes in your poses. They're a joy to draw

When I was overwhelmed with managing all the things in my life, my naturopath told me to say STOP! as a reminder. Hold up my hand. And count the 5 things that will always help. 1. Water. 2. Eat well. 3. Take Supplements. 4. Gentle movement. 5. SLEEP. Thats what I've built a routine around now.
