There is this common rarity card called deadly dispute, I'm not sure if you have heard it. It doesn't see much play these days, quite fringe. I think it might work well with the new blue synth card. Seems like a good combo.

Augurs + archaeologists were there for go wide burn + fae. Those were both common in leagues for a while. I found having blockers that also drew cards to be great at buying time. Now that go wide burn is less common, and madness + pingers seems to be more of a thing, adding blasts might be better.
