The generosity to refuse to ignore things that just aren’t ok, and to stick my neck out and challenge (kindly) if safe and appropriate, and therefore to do the kindness of letting people know if something’s gone wrong so they have the opportunity to address it.

The generosity to assume good intentions, give the benefit of the doubt, rejoice in the achievements and triumphs of others without feeling jealous or threatened, to not enjoy others discomfort. And the generosity to show self-compassion as well. The generosity to be thankful for what I have. (2)

Finally and most recently I am a registered (MBACP) integrative counsellor and coach. I currently work as a counsellor at a Midlands based trauma charity and am currently carrying out trauma therapy related research for my MSc.

I am also a qualified supervisor providing facilitated reflected practice and support to sign language interpreters and other service user supporter roles-not currently supervising counsellors although qualified to do so.

I also have expertise in interpreting in Christian settings but only provide my services in fully affirming 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ spaces.
