Also a country can be a member of the EU and still have their own currency, it's not obligated to use Euro.

Since we don't know why they did this, for me, it's too risky. What happens when they find out? Will they cancel your weverse account? Will it be control your address vs. billing address? To me to much money to risk it. If they wanted I-army there, they wouldn't restrict the membership.

Maybe, maybe not. It still is very unfair because US army can buy tickets for European concerts. And the Canadians, who.many only have some.hour in car to US, can only go to Mexico. It would be like they have a concert in Germany but only Germans can attend.

To buy a US membership, you need a US address. Some army have gone around it by using hotel address, online address etc but it is a risky thing, we don't know if it will be some sort of control, and for me it's to much money to risk it. US address is the billing address.
