I thought of you when I drove by this in Santa Rosa, where the Hilton and the round barn once stood, but we're burned to the ground in the Tubbs fire. Luxury housing is such a scam.

Interestingly enough, these are built in the exact path of the 1964 Hanly Fire and the 2017 Tubbs Fire. No one who rents here will get renters insurance.
