And it is the same with everything related, typescript for JavaScript, scss for CSS, the fucking statemanagers, etc. The browser should offer good interfaces and reactive primitives to not need an entire virtual fucking dom to know what rerender

We completely lost track. We use Frameworks to simplify the work, but now the frameworks are so complex that it is an entire career to know all the stupid caveats they have. The browser should improve until we don't need more frameworks but instead we are adding metaframeworks to the Framework.
