Is there a reference document stating the benefits and harms of posting a public health paper to a preprint server before submission to a journal? I didn't submit my last paper to a preprint server for the reasons that you mention. I'm definitely not "senior people".

Our collaborators in Nigeria and Pakistan use Twitter. They are not on this platform. (I almost never look at Twitter as it no longer shows tweets I want to see.)

Agree with most of what you have said. However, occasionally interventions harm trial participants.
