These are the kind of paintings you need to experience in person. I was also very moved by the artists statement.

I got to see "poetry of light" exhibition by artist Richard Pousette-Dart, a pioneer of the abstract expressionism In Baden-Baden.
I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of these paintings that have so many layers, they almost seem like reliefs. Beautiful works! These are some of my favorites:

Happy 30th birthday to me ☺️🎉✨️😂 I got to enjoy an awesome day at the museum, had amazing food and am so grateful not only for the great gifts but the people behind them, mostly my partner, who always supports me and is the greatest gift one can wish for 😭💜

Don't have a name for this work yet and not sure if it's done or if I feel like it needs something else but either way, it's a piece I made while feeling incredibly frustrated and art blocked. Art always has two sides. It doesn't always want to come out.

Today I was very lucky I got to see the Yoshitomo Nara exhibition in Baden-Baden. It's totally worth going, I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did, the artist and his life resonates with me, it connects me to my childhood and the way I had to grow up my mind by myself and the media I enjoyed.

I fell in love with Donna Tartts "Secret History" in 2024, so her book "The Goldfinch" is gonna be my first read of 2025. I'm immediately swept up by her writing once again, I'm super excited for this long read 🙏🏻📖
