Started in on my Chaos Warriors because painting was just too involved. My new hobby lamp is a serious quality of life improvement too, a real game changer. Can't wait to have the chance to really paint under it. Next week, hopefully.
Four grey plastic Chaos Warrior models by Games Workshop but they're only grey plastic because I JUST built them and have the rest of the Spearhead box and just back off alright? I'm going to paint them. Eventually.

I wish I was able to paint more consistently than I do, but theatre and a day job take up so much time. Still, I think I manage to do a decent job when I have the chance:
A red and gold Space Marine with a Blood Angels death mask, it's a Captain with Jump Pack model but even fancier. It's reasonably well painted.

Spent a little time last night working on my Grey Knights chaplain while magnetizing one of my regular terminators to hold the heavy weapons in addition to a Storm Bolter (which works really well!) Still plenty of work to do but he didn't have his head attached so even that's good progress.
A Space Marine Terminator chaplain secured to a thick dowel being held by a white hand. The model is black and Grey Knights Steel, complete with a Grey Knights Paladin book armor decoration on top. It's not finished yet but it looks pretty good.

I know it seems like I'm using an unreasonable quantity of tea bags but I measured the amount of water and the necessary ratio of tea to water. It's just wild seeing them at at once like that.

Anyway, tomorrow night's NYE punch is gonna be fucking great.

Actually managed to get some painting in last night, not a ton, nothing dramatic, but enough to get at least a first pass of the gold armor for my successor chapter. At least of the ones I already had primed and base coated (other than the five in the back I didn't get to.)
Fifteen various Space Marine figures painted red with gold on their left arms and legs (and five out of focus in the back that didn't get their first pass of gold paint.)

The muffaletta at MSI is just unreasonably large. It tasted very good but eating it was far more challenging than would be ideal.

I had heard that Claudio Castagnoli had added 40k Purity Seals to his entrance gear but hadn't noticed it myself. What a gigantic nerd, literally. This is one of many reasons why professional wrestling owns so much.
