Went for a stupid mental health walk and feel so much better and prepared I did something incredibly emotionally hard and paid off. I was intentional. I was confident. This is where I need to live with people who make me feel like this. My mental headspace is important to protect.

Went for coffee and pastries in Berkeley today at Lavender Bread & Cafe and just absolutely cannot rave enough. I had a Lavender latte, avocado toast, and cranberry scone. 🫠🫠🫠 Sooo good. Incredible conversation and food, a walk down to the park. Happy, happy girl today.

I had a quiet night at home after work last night. Fuck them colonizers. So grateful for my friends who kept me company on video chat and the people I work with who made my day before that exciting and fun and for everyone in my life who reminds me to be myself and that they love that.
