I have mine outside in our breezeway with only a grow tent protecting it, it’s been happily printing away all winter so far. Hasn’t been a cold winter for southern Oregon, but my Neptune 3 in the same setup before was a bit more iffy.

My friends and I play a ton of chicken horse, this was supposed to be on our radars but completely snuck up on us.

Not needing to worry about runout when my spool of grey is near the end was definitely one of the things I was looking forward to! I also wanted to see if support material would do any better, though I have been able to get my z distances dialed into a better place.

Yeah, pretty disappointing to hear this but at least they finally pulled the trigger on a decision. I’ve liked the results from the CC but not looking forward to decide if the effort to sell this one to buy an updated model to get the AMS is worth it.

Been following your results for terrain here and SA, finally convinced me to pull the trigger on a Centauri Carbon from a Neptune 3. Excited for it to arrive and test it out! Just need to commit to getting them painted once printed, great inspiration from your posts to do so!
