I'm not positive either. But I contacted that Organization and they were the ones to tell me they were not part of the @altnps.bsky.social organization. I went to their website listed on their FB & bsky accts and sent them a message there.

That is actually a different group. It's not the AltNPS coalition. They posted on one of the FB posts that they were getting a lot of applications from folks, but were not the same.
