I have PCOS too (on top of PMDD), but don’t have this particular symptom. Without meds, my periods are irregular, and when it finally happens, with severe debilitating pain. I take Yaz to help keep my cycles regular while also acknowledging the high risk. I feel for you girly. Sending big hugs 💕💕💕
