That has no bearing because the people of California are going to vote on the plan before anything is done and that will most likely take more than 30 days.

I just tried to log on to the SS website through login.gov and they want me to re- identity myself. And no matter how many pictures I try to take of my ID it doesn't work. If I don't get my check Wednesday when it's due I can't pay my rent.
