It’s #anxiety day for me, awaiting bloodwork results. Anyone who has to do this will likely relate. So I do everything I can to help minimize the effects. Started my day as usual with guided audio #meditation. Next up, physical #exercise. If it persists then I may take an anti-anxiety med. Namaste 🙏🏻
