Ayyyyy I believe Screenflow uses the Audio Units plugins installed on your OS. I’d use an EQ to roll off anything below ~100Hz, AU DynamicsProcessor (eliminate some of the transients and make levels more consistent), then AU PeakLimiter. General rule of thumb, apply until you hear it, then pull back
