Ben Johnson did this in his first year time and time again and then realized getting the 1st was more important on 4th down and then his play calling changed and he took off

What if John Morton fed Dan Campbell bad info on this game intentionally so he wouldn't look so bad after last week?

What if DET was going to go for 2 due to the wind? That penalty eliminated that option

As we get older, we need to find different paths to accomplish things. Like, getting out of bed a certain way so you don't throw your neck out all day. Maybe this is your new path to better sleep. Just tweak it a little. Maybe you only need sleep every other day

Pretty brilliant kick block design. Six guys on that side and Rams didn't adjust. What was the tackle doing? Did he have so many guys to choose from he thought maybe blocking no one was the best option?

haha. 3rd and 8 on the 50. Kirk: "Ok, FB dive and then we'll kick the FG"

What if Gibbs plays more slot and WR and becomes the 3rd down back and they give Monty all the 1st/2nd and GL work? We could see a 1000+ 11 TD season out of Monty www.nfl.com/news/lions-r...
Lions RB Jahmyr Gibbs: I'm being split out wide 'way more' than the past two years
The Detroit Lions are breaking in a new offense under coordinator John Morton. One change could mean dynamic running back Jahmyr Gibbs getting more pass-catching opportunities.

I mean if you really don't know...major sports leagues move with the public tide. If there's enough noise on an issue they'll react. Sometimes overreact. Once they feel like a hot issue has cooled enough they go back to their merry ways and start collecting the $$ they intended to get.

Are they keeping him down there to stretch and extra year of service since the season is about lost?

Thank you for sharing this. I now have evidence we aren't the only family in America that stores our ketchup in that position

You know, with all the injuries last year, i'll bet Holmes and Co. had a really REALLY good look at every team and their depth looking for gems they might need to grab and that flowed through to this off season. I wouldn't sleep on any of their targets. They know ball.

You know your beloved NFL franchise has arrived when players are giving hometown discounts just so they can stick around

Welp they had a good run. Those rent back leases are gonna be brutal since they're all on corners

They wouldn't dare! Would they? 🤔

You think NYJets fans are patient? Willing to say "Sure, punt this year! We'll take as suck QB and be ass! No problem!" I don't think that's AG's way. Could be wrong but man this is a spicy take.

Jase did NOT look like he got the "wind knocked out of him". Was acting an awful lot like a head injury of some kind. He was clearly not operating at capacity after that collision

I mean pretty much every tragedy evolves into politics on some level. Every time there's some kind of mass casualty event involving a shooter we hear numerous politicians soap box about gun banning. I feel sad when politics prevents restoring people to life before a disaster like NC and LA
