One of my favorite less talked about David Lynch movies is The Straight Story. As odd as it was to see him make a sentimental movie, it showed his ability to take a minimal story and create something compelling without having to be dark and edgy. He was brilliant and will be missed. RIP David Lynch.

Haunted Head by Kid Kongo and The Pink Monkey Birds. Not completely unknown - Kid Kongo played guitar for the Cramps once. I love his later work - he's just doing what he wants to at this point. He's got this seemingly effortless style that I like alot.

It's more of a brunch dish but I've made it for dinner a handful of times. The timing can take a couple of tries, but once that's figured out it is a pretty quick to make meal. Eggs, Parmesan, and Panko on a bed of wilted spinach. Pic is of a time I made it.

Twin Peaks Fire Walk With Me

Finally got an air fryer that was handed down to me. Made panko and parmesan zucchini in it, and it was super good. I'm filled with joy! Hopefully it's not just my sodium levels spiking.
