There isnt an explanation on why X has spared Alice, the doll like cream vessel, and even treats her as if she is his daughter. Maybe because X notice smt different to Alice than all of the other souls in this hellhole. Or maybe X is just using her for smt important, who knows

For an example, we see a Fang vessel looking for Julie (or Dave or another knuckles vessel) and they’re in Gekido’s meat plant factory
It seems as if the Fang vessel has decided to help Gekido run the factory and turn the souls into meat plants

And since there is rarely any Sonic vessels in X’s world, X will take that as an advantage to fool the other souls and pretends to be another victim. Which make the souls have so much trust issues and will prob think that a Sonic vessel is X even tho the vessel IS a victim
