Tech guy and occasional photographer. Unlike an unfortunate number of others here, my photos are my own. All images are copyright; reuse and redistribution without permission is prohibited. Images are digitally watermarked.
Have seen a similar trend across many other libraries. GEO is more important than SEO right now. First mover advantage comes from being embedded in the responses of AI driven coding tools.

lol, no. “Legos” is a what people who say “on accident” call LEGO

About time too. Not least because it’s now a subsidiary of the U.S.’s favourite vomit flavoured chocolate company, Hersheys

So what should Popeye cook his spinach with now?

I’m pretty sure the word “The” is true…

Pretty snarky response to someone who _does_ add alt text. Turning on that option won’t add alt text to any photos that were missed; typos may be better than no alt text, but no typos is better still; and if AI increases the number of people adding alt text, how is it bad?

I really wish the first draft could be written by AI, they’ve got pretty damn good at describing images. It could also add them for images without a manually created.

I also wish you could add or edit them after the fact. I missed one, and have a typo in another

She either forgot to put her underwear on, or forgot to pull it down before taking a dump. Either sounds about right for an anti-vaxer…

Such an insightful and engaging reply

This comment also appears to be AI generated as it makes zero sense

You need to grow up
December 5, 2024 at 3:32 PM
And if it didn’t look suspiciously like it was AI generated, I probably wouldn’t have engaged with it and explored it in more detail. That makes it good art, whatever the artist’s intentions.

The rest of you need to grow up, and learn how to engage in conversation
December 5, 2024 at 3:30 PM
I could have asked if it was AI generated, but checked the artist other work to confirm that it wasn’t, so simply reported my initial thought.

I could have phrased the question as “Was that the intention?” But that’s a closed question. Instead I gave the artist the opportunity to expand

Some very strange reactions to an honest comment and question. It feels like being on Twitter again 😜
December 5, 2024 at 3:21 PM
Incoherent enough to make me think it was AI generated. What was the intention?
December 5, 2024 at 12:41 PM
With all due respect, a huge fail on your part for not asking the most obvious question in the first place. Two minutes should have been enough

Am I the only one disturbed that your herbs are languishing unsorted on the to shelf? (Personally I don’t discriminate- they are mixed in alphabetical order.)

One of my favourite activities, I guess yours too?

LEGO. (Is it really that difficult?)

Charming as always

We’re definitely normal - weird is throwing away the packaging and then not subsequently checking the instructions

Strange to have so much equipment, but to only be able to produce the sound of industrial drilling
