First day above freezing in weeks. I’ve been dying to put some love into the yard. Tip pruned the #cherrytrees. Shaped the #apricottrees a bit more aggressively. Checked out the bud set on all of our #fruittrees . Can’t wait for Spring!

Sunday’s #sourdough loaf. 75% hydration with 40% einkhorn, 20% whole wheat, 4% honey and 3% butter. I’m finding that I prefer an enriched dough when using whole wheat. It really amplifies the flavors.
