Bitcoin, Gaming, EVs, Technology and the occasional Politics related stuff.

Don't have much of a filter so may annoy you.
I cannot imagine what would have spooked would-be Tesla buyers lmao.

Thankfully the EV market is maturing now with many other makes and models being introduced.

For gaming I am now 100% Linux though, a combination of the steam deck and chimera OS on my gaming PC or at least until valve officially releases SteamOS 3.

I'm still on Windows 10, it's staying that way until it becomes unusable and then I will make the switch fully to Linux.

I could now really there is only a couple of things I use that might be difficult.

The main one being fusion 360, it works but has issues so holding off for now.

Even USB-A I can normally get first time, just look at the plug first and see where the seam is and orientate it correctly the first time.

I would like to see new post notification.

You get a notification when someone replies, mentions etc but it would be nice to get the option to get a notification for any new post from an account you select.

It will probably be one of those things where people will need to see for themselves how much of a disaster he would be first hand.

As for electric blankets/throw-overs then they are 100% efficient compared to a gas boiler that may be 90% but you also pay more for per unit consumed.

They are still cheaper though because you are just warming yourself to a comfortable temperature and not the whole house.

Just run the heating at a lower temperature say 16c, it isn't low enough to cause problems but still vastly cheaper than trying to run the whole house at 21-23c.

But it is miniscule in relation to heating a whole room.

You can run an electric blanket for a whole day for around 50p worth of electricity.

Especially when most/all of us didn't pay anything either because Google gave a 100% refund.

I think I have 6, one of every colour and the rest were just white freebies.

It used Bluetooth for the initial connection but that was all and then connected directly to the stadia servers through wifi.

This update just allows it to be used as a generic PC controller over Bluetooth.

We do, the controllers are very good and comfortable, still one of the best I have.

All this update does is enable Bluetooth so it can be used wirelessly with PC games etc.

Works excellent with steam.

You could always use it as a generic wired controller but yes wireless it was wifi only because at the end of the day it was designed for stadia.
