So he collects the insurance which is effectively as good as selling them. Better way to make him suffer is to leave them sitting untouched in a large parking lot with nobody buying them.

I think Canadians are 100% right to feel pissed off and boycott America. Christ, we renamed French fries because we didn’t think the French gave us enough support. I’m sorry we treated you poorly and I get that you have to stand up for yourselves. Seems like a fair response.

I don’t know if he actually contributed to the campaign but the spending that hit the news was an independent expenditure- are those covered by the prohibition? I know they are not covered by California laws on the matter

That’s the thing that these guys have been looking past - the thing that made America great in the first place was a stable and predictable rule of law coupled with liberal policies on finance and bankruptcy- that’s why we attracted so much investment

Is there something about the airspace around National that makes it less able to accommodate those flights? Dulles is already a busier airport. Wouldn’t stopping the flights at National just shift the problem to Dulles or is there something else at play?
