At a minimum, anybody with a burner on Twitter needs to be doing so on a browser with ad blockers. There's less than zero excuse for having that installed on your phone and feeding Musk and revenue

That is not an answer to the question. In fact, that is a counterargument to prison abolition. Not throwing these rapists in prison had had very negative consequences!
