probs taking a break from tumblr (💀) so was queuing up art + found this again and ouh i got nostaglic...this drawing on the right there is when i first decided to make mordred trans i explictly remember drawing a cis mans chest then erasing it bc i wanted him to look more like me...smh corny ass 🥹

even just small things like the graphically pleasant way characters in a scene fade out into the BG when not in focus is a very smart way of having big group scenes that still /feel/ like a big group without cluttering the screen. its all a bit peak im afraid

like this is so nerd shit rn lol but like look at this. text with hover effects can hotlink you immediately to the in-game encyclopedia for that character/concept. later theres a scene in a crowd and little sillouettes /literally crowd around the characters/ (with motion!).

Picked up a new game (Crown Gambit) and it very good and i can see myself getting a bit hooked into it for its '''immersive narrative''' and '''compelling cardfighter gameplay''' (which are true) but in reality i keep salivating over the UI art direction
