I saw the same pictures on X, with community notes, which lead to this video. Solders are trained to sleep on the ground. Indoors with AC and without scorpions is a 4⭐ hotel for them. Lots of examples of this (like The US Capital 2021). They always have water and MREs on them.

"Those who can't beat, cheat." seems to be our playbook. We need new leadership and direction to win back the voters we lost. Anifa (our extremists) has been doing its thing for a centaury (violently of course), but communism is really bad for LGBT, blacks, and and other minority groups. No thanks.

Schakowsky (D-IL) and DeGette (D-CO) fell asleep again during a congressional hearing. Except for AOC, Crockett and a few others, Congress and the Senate is looking like a retirement home. Any chance we can get some new blood in there? They can still serve as consultation and guidance.

Worth a listen. We can all agree we don't want communism, right? It's bad for all of us (except the ones on top), especially blacks, LGBT+, and other minorities.

Reminds me of low income housing. Steph Curry was supportive of it until they wanted to build a multi-family, multi-income complex in viewing distance of his mansion.

I apparently spent too much time living in a bubble, as this blindsided me. Hearing this from CNN was beyond disappointing (as I can just ignore Fox and others). Extremists (on both sides) are always bad. We may have to ditch ours and find new leadership to win back the middle ground.

Obama came up with DOGE first and put VP Biden in charge of it (2011). How in the world has Musk done more in 2 months than Biden did in 5 years? Too bad Kamala wasn't in the picture then.

I do like the idea of NO TAX for those making less than $150,000. I don't have Stockholm syndrome for the IRS or paying taxes, do you? This is even better than the rich paying their fair share. Bonus: IRS gets to keep their jobs for the 150K+ tax payers.

Our taxes basically pays the interest on the deficit. New budgets are paid for by taking new loans, which increases the deficit. The rich know their taxes don't help any of us, and know other things we don't. For 135 years, we financed everything with tariffs, until 1913, when income tax started. 😐

Our politicians are so full of hate and TDS that they can't even acknowledge the American people, including a boy with brain cancer. They looked like a bunch of pouty children (but not cute). We need new leadership and go back to the old Democratic ways. Peace, love, antiviolence, antiwar, etc.

While in Ottawa, I visited the War Museum (to try something new). One of the best museums anywhere - great exhibits. The lowest floor was like a full basement, completely lined with military vehicles from every era and every war. It was so cool seeing Canada's entire military under one roof. 😉

Yeah, but 40% of US pop. doesn't pay fed. taxes (mostly on our side). We need better leadership. Let's avoid civilwar, as we would get slaughtered. We are the party of peace and love for more than one reason. The majority of us can't fight and are anti guns. Think about what MAGAts do for "fun". 😬
