Trickle down economics doesn’t work. It’s time to increase taxes on the ultra-wealthy. We also need to quit giving billions of dollars to other countries for financial bailouts. Use that money to guarantee food, housing, and healthcare to all U.S. citizens!

So, no SNAP benefits in November. States and charitable entities will try to take up the slack. Why do I fear that the administration will somehow twist it to justify SNAP cuts? Let the states deal with it rather than the federal government. Just wondering…

To those who try to justify the current administration’s behavior by saying all administrations do it—no. They do not. Not like what is happening right now.

SCOTUS ruled that he had presidential immunity for official acts taken in office, now that decision is coming back to bite them in the ass. They’ve enabled a monster.

It all feels like there are no rules anymore, but we can’t let ourselves get bogged down in confusion and hopelessness. We have to persevere. Maybe we can’t see it yet, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
