While I live in the City, the county border runs along our fence in the back yard. That farmer plowing? He is 94-years-old. He and his wife who’s only a few years younger work this farm almost daily. They inspire me, especially when I’m feeling old (almost pushing 60 now). #KansasFarmers

Very nice. We own two original linocuts by Berger Sanzden, a Swedish immigrant who came to Lindsborg, KS to teach art at Bethany College. They have a memorial art gallery and he was quite prolific with his linocuts. He might be some to research, if she hasn’t already. I like and her work.

How about some good news? My Spouse and I are becoming parents to a Son. We’re waaay late to the game in our late 50’s - but we do have lots of experience with our 4 teen Grand Nephews who have lived with us for a year or more (including one presently). Meet our son, Jonathan❤️

Okay fun post: took my Grand Nephew (who lives with us)to Six Flags to ride his first real roller coaster this past weekend for his Senior Spring Break: he’s defiantly an enthusiast like me.

Nothing like a bunch of flowers to brighten up a dreary winter day. (One of my other hobbies is table arranging, I believe in using all your stuff and not waiting for a “special occasion”, at my age I know life is too short!)

Okay, we have something in common! Ours got so big it's now on display at the local botanical garden holiday light display (voted top 10 for 15 yrs now). I have amusement park too, but not on display this year. I built everything scenery wise. People love my Santa flying in front of moon. #OutOfHand
