We are now at three weeks - the difference from last week to this week is crazy!!!!
Lettuce and chard have really taken off. 🥬
The spinach had 2 skinny little leaves last week and now there are 5 leaves that look like spinach!
Both tomatoes are leafing out and have that smell 🍅

I have baked bread for forever (long before the whole covid craze). I got lazy so shifted to no-knead bread which can be so-so. I found a new recipe about a month ago and have had really good, tasty results.
430 g of flour, 7 g of yeast, 8 g of sugar and about 300 ml of water = $1 a loaf max
