I can't speak for others, but I look at the addition of Soto to the Dodgers as the subtraction of Te'o, which is the real disaster. Mookie and Freddie, as great as they are, seem to be more affected by the moment. Te'o plays like nothing bothers him, which brings value in and of itself.
