Na een harde lachbui houdt ze mijn beide handen vast en zegt: 'Ik ben blij dat je er weer bent.'

Or everybody talks about cliënt first but in reality after trying to arrange good care with municipalities I see 'the system' is still leading. (fill in the different forms for each municipality differently regardless the care plan I make) is still what they see as most important.

Yes, I see that too. And also for me it took years to think in this 'new' way and still sometimes have to think hard what's the best decision to make in a case. But it's so worth it. There are still a lot of commercial organisations trying to make profit from cliënt care and try to take over.

I'm a nurse :) and for 15 years already I work for Buurtzorg. It's great to experience the oppurtunity to work in a way a nurse is suppose to do. Not with managers.
